​THE BRIEF: 
To develop a premium quality regional park for Palm Ridge Ext 2.  
SCOPE:
The scope for phase 1 included amphitheater stage & seating wall, climbing wall, gathering place, paving for pedestrian circulation, fencing and lapa. Phase 1 was completed in June 2019. 

​The scope for phase 2 includes irrigation, fencing, skateboard park, multipurpose court, street furniture, play equipment, outdoor gym equipment, picnic shelters, gazebo, ablutions, guard house, caretakers house, planting and maintenance.
